Hello and welcome! I'm honored that you would take a few moments of your time to join me here. To join me on an adventure through the word of God. God laid this vision on my heart last year and what better way to start the new year then in His word. God's word is alive and active and relevant and I love it! I want to share this love of the scriptures with you! I don't want you to be intimidated by the Bible. I want you to open it, hear what God is saying to you and then apply it to your life. I want you to realize the scriptures have the power to come off of the page and escort you through this thing called life.
Each week, as God leads, we will take a look at a different scripture and find out how we can apply it to our lives. Whatever you're going through in life right now - I guarantee there is a word from the Lord in His Word that can speak to your circumstance, give you guidance and give you peace. But we have to open His word for ourselves. We can't fully rely on the Pastor and the preacher and the teacher...it's a personal relationship.
So grab your Bible each week, carve out about 10 minutes or so (I promise I am going to shorten them :0) and join me here as we revel in the love of God and marvel at his magnificent love notes to us disguised as scriptures :0)
